- Excellent cohesion and transitional language skills required! You don’t want your audience confused or lost, and you don’t want to fall victim to monster paragraphs.
- Conclusion summarizing your main takeaways/insights. Think back to the purpose: how your identity and the leaders within that identity have strengthened and shaped you as a human. Synthesize, demonstrate importance, and give closure without being repetitive; go specific to general.
