Using the skills you researched in Topic 5, you will apply those skills with an individual or a couple. In 500 words, do the following:

1. Describe which skills worked, which will be added to your repertoire.
2. Discuss the strengths and challenges of the skills used.
3. Analyze further development needed for your coaching skills.

Use two to four scholarly resources, for each submission, to support your explanations.
