1. From what you know about symptoms and problems, do you think it is okay for a person to address a symptom of the problem first before determining all the underlying causes? Why or why not? 2. As noted in this week’s overview and lecture, it is important to involve the stakeholders when resolving a problem. Pretend that you are a manager who oversees a large department. You’ve been told that customer satisfaction ratings are down and you need to increase the ratings by at least 10% within the next 60 days. Which stakeholders would you consult with? Why?
