SEEF Limited is the company where this dissertation is undertaken. The client has attached the
proposal, the assessment criteria and the final dissertation outline. The client is expected to submit
16000 words divided as follows:

SEEF LIMITED is Semi Government Petrochemical Company owned by Qatar Petroleum (80 %),
incorporated under the law of the state of Qatar, and registered in July 2004.
The Linear Alkyl Benzene plant (LAB) is located adjacent to QP Refinery in the Industrial Area of
Mesaieed, about 40 Kms from Doha.
LAB plant started its production in March 2006.
SEEF Limited has achieved a milestone of reaching 5 million safe manhours, as on 15th December
2014 without a lost time accident since the startup of the plant.
SEEF Limited had achieved a unique achievement in obtaining 4 International Certificates in quality
(ISO 9001) Environment (ISO 14001) health and safety (OHSAS 18001) and Energy (ISO 50001) in

The research on the dissertation is based on two sources of data that I am attaching to the writer:
1) An online survey communicated to 200 employees. The writer must design a questionnaire and
fabricate the results. The response rate should be above 75%.
Please note that the client has attached the proposal of this dissertation and the writer needs to
expand on it up to 15000 words as explained earlier. The Literature Review must be based on papers
that have been largely published in the last five years. The Literature Review in the Proposal can be
used and expanded.
2) 15 interviews were conducted with 15 employees doing on a format that has been set up in
advance. The supervisor requested that these interviews should be largely unstructured and
spontaneous. The client would like the writer to set up the content of these interviews to make them
look spontaneous.
3)The literature review must be based on research papers published in reputable journals refereed in
the past 5 years. The connection between the literature and the study of SEEF Limited must be made
throughout the dissertation. Statistical analysis must be carried out whenever it is necessary to do so
as.
