Read the case Obergefell v. Hodges, 135 S. Ct. 2584 (2015), a copy of which is attached below for your convenience.
I would like everyone with the last names from A to J to post an initial post that defends the state laws in question. Simply put, for those of you who will be defending the state laws, you will be arguing that same-sex marriages conducted in other states should not be recognized and that the states which prohibited same-sex marriage should not be required to perform such marriages.
