Staffing is an important part of a human resource performance management system and can impact the strategy of an organization. Having a staffing plan can help with acquisition, deployment, and retention of an organization’s workforce.

For this week’s discussion, identify two staffing models. Then, discuss how HR professionals can align the selected staffing models with the organization’s needs.  Furthermore, propose how you would alter/modify one of the staffing models you researched to make it more applicable to an organization that you are familiar with.
