Find a recent case in any jurisdiction that deals with a juvenile justice issue. In addition to summarizing the case in conjunction with any pertinent issues, be sure to discuss, analyze and evaluate the following questions:
1. How did the Court’s ruling impact the administration of juvenile justice? Please explain.
2. If you were a legislator, how would you codify the ruling in the case at hand? Be specific.
3. Do you believe that the Court’s ruling would have been different in an adult court setting?
