One of the outputs generated during the project planning process is the project management plan (PMP). The PMP contains information about every aspect of the project, including descriptions of what the intended purpose of the projects is, who will be working on it, how long it should take to complete, and how much it will cost. While most people would agree that this is important information to have in a PMP for large, complex projects that may take years to complete, do you think simple projects that can be executed in a short amount of time need to have a PMP?
