You pursuaded someone to do something
S – Situation
Iam a female worker in a company where the in and out timings are not comfortable to every women in the company , the working time is nearly around 13 hours and management does not paying the suitable salary for the overtime which causing difficult situation to the all the women.
T – Task
I need to gather all the women to discuss the problem and had to collect the ideas and suggestions to go forward to fight with management to reduce the timings and better salary.
A – Action
To pursuade the management to overcome the difficulties i come up with a written copy which contains the clear discription of our uncomfortable situation at company and givent to management and requested to consider the letter on behalf of women staff.
R – Result
The management noticed our problems and reduced the working hours to 10hours also become clear on overtime payment which caused all the women happy with the company.

S – Situation
Iam one of the team member in a company where the total team involved in presentation to the new and major clients . Because of heavy rains the head of the team got caught some where and not attended to the presentation.Now it is a team responsibility to respond to the new clients and it is a great opportunity to the company if the clients get satisfied with presentation.
T – Task
I have to do something for good progress of my team before the clients and take action according to the clients mindset to dont miss the project.How ever the team target is to complete the presentation.
A – Action
I was decided to take up the presentation responsibility and communicated with team head on phone for better direction and successfully presented the concept before the potential clients.
R – Result
As a result of my initiation clients were choose our company for huge investment and i got recommended for promotion.
