Strategic means identifying the long terms goals and interests of the organization and accordingly working towards achieving those goals.

So the planning done to achieve these goals is called strategic planning.

Strategic human resource management means managing human resources along with the strategic goals to benefit the employees as well as the organisation. It is done to improve the performance of the organisation and develop its employees
