Question 1: On a grade of 1 – 10, with one being the lowest and 10 the best, what grade would you give the new President as it relates to human resources? Please explain the reasoning behind your grade and give examples as to why.

Grad to New president of America should be 2 as he is concerned more about the business and not for social development.

He is not encouraging the development of ethinic groups. He is funding the terrorist countries like Afghanistan, Pakistan etc, which can have serious threats to civilians. He is interested in getting oil and other resources from terrorist and armed nations. He is more of like business oriented person than social oriented.

He has to think about development of American citizens . He has to think about their security. He has come up with ideas of manufacturing products in America with low cost. He has to think about the creating employment opportunities for Americans etc.
