Most of the companies started to use AI in their hiring process. AI is used for screening CV’s, preparing short lists, evaluating online test results or even making an online interview through a chatbot. Usually, AI algorithms are trainined with demographic data of current workforce of the company, past interview results and some open source data sets like ranking of universities, social media trends, online data libraries.
