1-The provisions of this law shall not apply to companies established in the free zones of the State if a special provision to this effect is contained in the laws or regulations of the relevant free tone. Notwithstanding the foregoing such companies shall be governed by the provisions of this law if the Laws orgulations permit to conduct the activities of such companies outside the free zone in the State. 2-In accordance with sub section of the present provision, the Cabinet shall issue a Decision determining the applicable conditions to enter and register companies operating in the free zones of the State and willing to conduct their activities in the State outside the free zones.
