A product is manufactured by assembly of the two components X and Y The components and Yare manufactured by two separate workers working in parallel. The final assembly of the 2 is done by a third worker when one unit of X and one Y are both available. It takes 20 sec to manufacture a single unit of X, 30 sec to manufacture a single unit of Y, and 45 sec to assemble a single unit of from X and Y. There is no space to keep inventory in between X and Z, as well as in between Y and Z
