You have been asked by your manager to write down a paper about yourself to assume management position in HR, and draft a plan. Please describe what would you do as an HR manager in your first 90 days if you were promoted.
Think about how would you also sell yourself in an internal interview context, how can you show the interviewers you are ready for a leadership role in HR ? what is important as strategic HR ?

Understad external forces affecting HRM practices:
Plan for HR resources and the supply and demand of talent (ascertain talent)
Have internal best pratices to help you undertand your reality: business goals, sucession management, HRIS, and others
Plan for changes needed
