An organizational analysis considers the context in which the training will occur. People analysis helps identify who needs training. Task analysis identifies tasks and important knowledge, skills, and behaviors that should be emphasized in training for employees to complete their tasks.

- If you were to conduct a needs assessment for a new job in a new plant, describe the method you would use.
- Since needs assessments involve organization analysis, person analysis, and task analysis, which of these analyzes do you think is most important? Which is less important? why?
