Heli is a manager at MoiMoiPixel, a Finnish startup developing free, fast-paced casual games for mobile platforms. MoiMoiPixel has been a success, gathering over 10 million returning players within a very short time. Nevertheless, the company is bleeding due to associated costs of hosting the game for all these players and paying salaries to the current staff of 40.
