Term Paper/Brief
Students will have to prepare a term paper. (10 pages). Students writing term paper will be asked to study a legal phenomenon in the United States and offer a theoretical and empirical assessment to explain this occurrence.
Sources
You must use and refer to at least eight sources for your paper, as follows
-No less than three books
-No less than five academic journals
-There is no upper limit on the number of sources used.
Basically, find make a hypothesis about the legal system in the United States based on court decisions and/or cases
For example, you could hypothesize that the United States has been helping corporations instead of liberty in the last twenty years and the proof you would get for that is searching cases in which the courts sided with corporations
