2. Develop an educational curriculum to teach healthcare staff successful strategies to address and manage end-of-life issues in long-term care residents.
3. Implement educational curriculum via classroom instruction to teach healthcare staff successful strategies to address and manage end-of-life issues in long-term care residents.
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of the educational curriculum for healthcare staff on addressing and managing end-of-life issues in long-term care residents.
